Nutrition Renovation Package
Nutrition Renovation can be expected to last approximately 4 hrs (preferably to be completed in one day), plus a 1 hour follow-up session. The services included in the package are described in detail below.
Price: $300
*Additional follow-up nutrition sessions may be purchased for $70/session.
Nutrition Consultation
During the nutrition consultation we will:
- Evaluate your current diet
- Determine your caloric needs for maintaining lean body mass and losing fat
- Educate you about general nutrition based on the most recent research in the field
- Provide guidelines on what you should eat, taking any special needs you may have into consideration
We will also explore many other questions, including:
- How many calories should I be eating?
- Where do these calories need to be coming from (proteins, fats, carbs)?
- What am I not willing to give up?
- What am I willing to give up without being miserable?
Pantry Renovation
This is exactly what it sounds like. We’re going to go through your pantry and refrigerator with you, teach you about reading labels, help you get rid of things that are adding unnecessary calories to your diet and educate you on some potential alternatives.
Grocery Store Tour
We will walk you through shopping at your local grocery store and/or farmer’s market. Eating healthy does not have to cost a fortune! Let us show you how to get the most bang for your buck and lose some fat at the same time.
