Group Training Programs
Our innovative group fitness programs will elevate your fitness level regardless of your starting point. Each workout is different so your body is constantly being challenged in a way that helps you burn the most calories, lose the most fat, get a leaner, tighter, more attractive body and improve your overall health.
Programs run for a month at a time and are designed for all fitness levels with beginner, intermediate and advanced groups. You will be assessed on the first day of the program in order to determine your current fitness level.
*Please bring a mat and a set of 5 to 15 lb dumbbells depending on your starting fitness level.
Group Fitness Training Programs – Indoor and Outdoor
Each session includes:
- Resistance Training: Strength training using your own body weight, dumbbells (up to 15 lbs), resistance bands, medicine balls, kettle bells. We’ll focus on movements using large muscle groups like your chest, back, glutes, hamstrings, quadriceps and core because these are the muscles that burn the most calories.
- Unconventional Cardio: This ain’t your momma’s cardio! At Mobile Fit Force, we know that long, slow cardio is actually the least effective way to burn calories, so our cardio workouts are packed with intense intervals that burn the greatest amount of calories in the shortest period of time. Done properly, intensity interval training actually has an after-burn effect that keeps your body burning calories for up to 48 hours after the workout.
