Aubrey M. Sears – President

Aubrey M. Sears is a Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Kennesaw State University and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. Aubrey has been actively involved in fitness and athletics her entire life and has a wealth of training perspectives from which she draws.  Her diverse athletic background includes 10+ years in gymnastics, many of which she competed at an Elite level, 10+ years as a state championship swimmer, 10+ years dance choreography and 3+ years in competitive diving, track & field, cheerleading, drill team and dance team.  In the last several years, she has studied & practiced Pilates, yoga and ballroom dance.

As a personal trainer, Aubrey works across various modalities of training to help her clients reach their health and wellness goals, always placing emphasis on correct form, proper movement patterns, core engagement and posture.  She works with people who are at any fitness level – from those just beginning to exercise to marathon runners; from those seeking weight loss and weight management to those who simply want to achieve better overall health; and from the athlete whose goal is performance improvement to those who want to push themselves to whatever edge they must to reach their peak performance.

Aubrey believes living with a strong, healthy body is about much more than just outside physical appearance. In addition to helping drop body fat and build lean muscle (which helps burn more fat), her training programs are uniquely designed to also increase energy levels & stamina, improve core strength and enhance balance, speed & agility. She emphasizes that “Lifestyle Renovation” extends far beyond the physical body.  She helps her clients attain optimum results by encouraging them to weave into their overall health plan attention to mental, spiritual, emotional, social, and intellectual aspects of their lives.

In addition to her regular fitness activities of Pilates, yoga and Latin ballroom dancing, some of Aubrey’s other hobbies include golf, bowling, performing improv comedy, fitness choreography, and learning about topics of interest related to mind, body, spirit including Quantum Physics, Noetic Science, Epigenetics, Energy & Healing, Biomechanics, Fitness, Nutrition and Supplementation.
